We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners. This website provides educational and informational resources about streaming and does not host, store, or transmit copyrighted video files on its servers. If you believe that material referenced on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a detailed notice as described below and we will respond promptly.
How We Handle Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate, and notify the party that posted the content or link. We may also take steps to prevent repeat infringement.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To help us process your request efficiently, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your full name, company (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for multiple works, a representative list is acceptable).
- Precise identification of the allegedly infringing material, including full URLs on our site where the material or reference appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and—under penalty of perjury—that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your notice to our designated agent by choosing the right department in the Contact form: /contact/
For background on DMCA requirements, see the U.S. Copyright Office Section 512 resources and the statute at 17 U.S.C. §512.
Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed, including the original URL on our website.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice (or that person’s agent).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may restrict or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights at our sole discretion.
Good-Faith and Accuracy
Submitting false claims can carry legal consequences. Please ensure your notice is complete and accurate. For questions before filing, contact us via /contact/.
